Region 8 Education Service Center is one of nine Educational Service Centers in the state of Indiana striving to
meet the academic needs of struggling or non-proficient students. If your child attends a Title I school in
"Improvement" status and receives free or reduced lunch, he or she may qualify for our program. Students from 10
school districts that participated in our program last year (2010) showed the following results:
Students improved:
28% in Math
18% in Word Recognition
27% in Comprehension
We have over 17 years of experience working with northeast Indiana schools. Our program is directed by licensed
